You would be CORRECT. Its roughly 1/2hr outside Spokane WA. Site was a Titan Nuke missile silo but was decommissioned decades ago and then the property bought by an USAF guy who renovated the hell out of it. The pics above ground arent much to look at but the massive below ground structure improvements are amazing. Some prepper is gonna buy themselves practically a turn key bunker for when the shit goes sideways be it war, plague or whatever. Apparently it has two underground wells only one hooked up and it alone produces 5k Gal a day.
