Thats exactly why you cant have a players coach. Thats like an inmates security guard. A players coach lets the egos run the team instead of him. Its like a boss at work when he wants to be best friends with you then you walk all over him, but if he lays the law you stay in line.

I agree with the Black Seahawks that RW isnt black enough because if he was he wouldnt work as hard as he does to get where he is. He did divorce his white wife which to me makes him as black as you can be.

Much respect for my friend BCR, but this isn't the case at all with the Hawks. The wheels are wobbling a bit for sure, but the cancer has been cut out and they're going to be just fine.
