Yep. This is the other pull Chris has---not only is he a friend in their minds but also a celebrity. They watch this guy on the TV(how their brain processes it) He is an authority figure.
He has a decent little scam going. He befriends(in his way) lonely degenerate gamblers who look up to him as a genius and celeb. This also fuels Chris's massive ego. They won't say a bad word about him even when they lose because they don't want to lose the friend who they still admire.
The biggest thing on our side is Chris isn't educated so just donks off the money almost as fast as it comes in. If he had any brains he could be showing off a hell of a lot right now and it would be hard to call him a fraud as he could easily pretend everything came from gambling and not from the rubs paying him...
Then lastly, there is also the pull of religion and that he has a family. The religion is because religious people now feel like a prosecuted minority---they aren't, still a massive majority but these people are all about feel(obviously) and not fact. The family thing because once again most are lonely(not all) and they think getting large sums of money will bring them women and in turn children. Once again that money solves every single problem in their minds.
I give Druff and all of you a ton of credit for trying---but gl breaking this spell. It only gets broken once they can't afford to lose anymore.
edit: i remember how Zach was already donating to the church after winning a few bucks. It's hilarious to see how brainwashed and how quickly after a few tiny wins. This is how quick they believe. Almost impossible for anyone of us to break this---it will just about always lead them to losing at the very least everything they can afford. What’s especially sad here is that he actually has had a large amount of cash that has come in with this acam (Druff estimates it’s over a million dollars in the past 4 years and I don’t disagree) yet he doesn’t seem to know how to truly preserve his money:
- He’s a degenerate gambler and loses a ton of it and thus has to keep the scam alive just to feed his own bad habit
- He has no clue about how to manage the money. The mere fact that he relies on Chase bank and it’s whopping .1% interest rates just shows how limited his thinking is
- He spends way beyond his means just to feel rich. They spend often in excess of $500 on meals that are basically for two of them (Bubs hardly eats). And id imagine the suites more times than not are not comped. And then there’s the whole 10K per month Chicago high rise. Major dumb move.
- I’m going to guess that there have been times he truly has misplaced money. That’s blind to happen when you carry a lot of cash everywhere you go.
- Renting everything in your life takes its toll over time.
- He likely has no medical insurance or at best not very good coverage. Stacy or Bubs wind up in the hospital and he is cooked.
Eventually the scam will run out. Or at a minimum it just won’t bring in enough on a consistent basis to allow him to survive.
Anyone with access to Twitter/X can help by spreading the word about Chrissy by sharing the posts Druff, myself and others are making about him. The more people calling him out to casinos he visits, the better. Maybe even create a burner to retweet the posts.
I follow and get followed by a bunch of Vegas peeps so his name is getting out there. Won’t save the chums on FB but if we stop just one person from falling for his scams, it is worth it.

A google search for "Regrets in old age" and similar phrases often shows "5 regrets" ratehr than 4.
One that does have 4 regrets requires signup to read the whole thing.
Almost all list "Not mending bridges with estranged family members" as the first one and some variations of "The one that got away" or "Live your authentic self".
We know Chrissy cant preach any of that.
Some do go with unhealthy living which is on Chrissy's list, but we used to see so many of his dessert pictures to know he's guilty of that as well.
