Well since we are all getting old. I am a male at above average height and was around 175 pounds almost 8 years ago. I dropped my weight to 135 pounds and never felt better. I am now in the upper 140's. My weight even in the 170's, 160's was not healthy for me. I am now stronger than I have ever been and have more energy.

Post report from doctor please, cmoney. Also, curious what kind of business you run? I sell real estate. When I drank I did 8-15 deals per year for a decade. On year 5 after quitting I'm up to 80 deals a year with a small team working under me, I have so much energy on a daily basis that I get shit done now. Every little detail of running a good business I used to fuck up I'm on top of now.
