Look at that last leg of small business confidence chart.
Usually, the market rallys on expectation then regresses until actuals materialize. I believed we'd tank by now. I have absolutely no feel for what we are seeing but it can't be denied.
If the business of America is business and the purpose of a leader is to inspire and give confidence then you tip your cap.
