At the time of the predictions it was assumed that Cameron wouldn't just GTFO and refuse to trigger article 50. Since that was how it played out it delayed a lot of things. For what the Leave campaign has received the cost has been sufficient. Also the total cost of the last 2 months is fairly obscured. I have no interest of even trying to tally that up.
