If you are "registered" at TER, Its technically not 100% safe for the girls, as you dont really have to give your true info. Guys will post reviews and talk in the forums, but the girls think that a guy will be legit just because of these actions. You could still easily be a cop.
I dont remember all the details on this, but if you register at RS2K (roomservice2000), they ask for your real name, city, state and ph# and it gets verified. The woman that runs it better do a really good job of hanging onto that info.
