He set up accounts on Instagram AOL and a texting service. He is charged with child porn charges as well as enticing the production of same as well as sending and receiving child porn..

He was most likely a very religious man that wanted to make sure that his daughter couldn't fall prey to some online sicko, so he pretended to be the sicko to make sure she would pass his test. At least, i'm pretty sure that's what his defense will be in court, lol.
