why not use some sort of navy seal type boot camp suited for civilian life, seems its way to easy to become a cop in the US.

Updated: UIC Student Arrested Over The UChicago Shooting Threat
An arrest has been made in the investigation into a threat of violence that shut down the University of Chicago's Hyde Park campus on Monday.
A University of Illinois at Chicago student living off-campus has been arrested, according to a statement posted on UIC's site.
Despite the fact no threats were made against UIC students, faculty or staff, the university has increased patrols on campus.
"We are monitoring this situation closely and are concerned about the impact this has had on our campus and the University of Chicago," UIC Chancellor Michael Amiridis said in the statement.
A University of Chicago spokesman and a Chicago Police Department spokesman declined to comment on the investigation Monday morning, and the FBI could not immediately be reached for comment.
Updated 12:30 p.m.: The Tribune is reporting that the threat was to kill 16 white male students or staff at the University of Chicago "in retaliation" for the shooting of Laquan McDonald. The comment was posted in response to a video clip from the 1995 movie "Panther" on www.worldstarhiphop.com, according to the Tribune:
"This is my only warning. At 10AM Monday morning, I'm going to the campus quad of the University of Chicago. I will be armed with an M-4 carbine and two desert eagles, all fully loaded. I will execute approximately 16 white male students and or staff, which is the same number of time McDonald was killed," wrote the commenter, who posted with the initials "JRD" and a Chicago Bulls logo, according to the police report. "I will then die killing any number of white policeman in the process. This is not a joke. I am to do my part and rid the world of white devils. I expect you do the same."
A New York resident reportedly called the FBI on Sunday morning to report the comment.
The FBI confirmed in an email statement to Chicagoist that: "An individual is in custody in connection with the threat of violence at the University of Chicago. Charges are pending, and no further information is available at this time."
sorry i didn't respond quick enough, i work. i don't have time to post 24/7, I've encountered the police in many of different scenarios,some good some bad. the point of my argument still stands, the police are our of control. i was in an accident, (nobody was involved, hurt, just damage to the car. we had tow truck on route, but of course their police approved tow truck arrived first and i had to grease the guy to drop her car so my tow could get there, all in front of the police) i wasn't the driver and i wouldn't tell them who the driver was (gf obv) but it's not my job to help them do their job. they have to investigate. they told us to go home and then later charged me with failure to report an accident and fleeing the scene of an accident.

now most rubes will just pay the fines and move on, it was how dirty they did me that pissed me off. so i had to fight these bullshit false charges and it costs MONEY.
fuck the police, until more of these pigs are charged with crimes, the more out of control they will become. someone has to be made an example of.

Are you trying to say that you and you GF were in a car, with your GF driving, you got into an accident, but you told them that YOU were the driver (you said GF OBV, but that is definitely a fact that isnt obvious). I dont know what happened at that point, but essentially, you just lied to police about something pretty fucking serious, and maybe, who knows, depending on how much of a pain in the ass you were to the cop (particularly if you lied to him and made his job a lot harder, because as you said, fuck them, let them investigate) maybe there is a chance he decided to say fuck you right back by doing what he did?
