I have and run my family business for many years and will from time to time invest some in helping friends with there operations also when there is a opportunity to make some profitable investments. never would i invest a dime with out some kind of agreement signed notarized and witnessed especially if there are other partners involved, not to mention a business plan and full disclosure of the finances.Quote:
